Hi, it’s ya boy, George and I’ll be taking ‘bout the gym. The gym isn’t just a specific sport, but a place where you can exercise whichever part of the body you choose to. At the enterance of a gym (or at least near the enterance) is where you’ll find the treadmills and bicycles, these will help you to get in your cardio for the day, which will greatly help you reduce fat. There are machines which are all designed to help build muscle for a certain part of the body, you can work out your arms, legs, abdomen, chest and back. In the freeweight section of the gym there are dumbells and there is the magestic bench press (which I have not tried yet because it’s too intimidating). In the gym you can find instructors who will help you with your exercises, give you tips and routines, as well as a diet if you ask them to. Certain gyms have specialized classes, such as kickboxing, crossfit, spinning and many others. After a day at the gym I always feel very energetic and happy, however, the day after I wake up sore as heck and boy does that NOT feel good.
